Food Bank Service at City of God
Our Mission, Goals, & Values
The Foodbank provides three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We’re part of a nationwide network of food banks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
Be a Helping Hand
We currently need new volunteers to join the team. We also need volunteers to help at the weekly Foodbank session on Thursdays from 12noon at the City of God Christian Centre (Community Hall).
